A heartfelt farewell and comfort
The staff showed incredible support after our friend's unexpected passing, making us feel at ease during a difficult time. The room was comfortable and clean, enhancing our stay.
Parking details were unclear, which made it tricky for our group initially. The ambiance in the 'lobby' could be misleading, as it felt stringent for families.

We had such a fun time during our 3-night stay! The casino had great games, and we loved unwinding in the hot tub after a long day. Just a heads up, the parking could be a bit tight at peak times, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, especially valet Carl. Clean rooms and great location made for a pleasant experience, though the noise from the hallways and a lack of a fridge were minor drawbacks. Overall, a nice stay!

The room was clean and comfy for the most part. I did notice it was a bit dated, and we had an air conditioning issue that left a wet spot on the carpet. But they sent maintenance pretty quickly. The bathroom was remodeled, which was nice. I appreciated the little chocolate gifts every night, too.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect, and we enjoyed both blackjack and three-card poker at nearby casinos. We loved the Gem for breakfast. the portions were huge and delicious. The staff was friendly, and overall, the experience was loads of fun.
One downside was the wait at check-in. we had to wait longer than expected. It wasn't a huge issue, but it could be frustrating for some.

This hotel offered a great location right on the main street, making it easy to explore Deadwood. Valet service was convenient, and the little extras like restaurant coupons were appreciated. My room had ample space, and overall, it seemed well maintained. However, the AC unit was mounted to the ceiling and rattled a lot, making it tough to sleep at times. I booked a non-smoking room but had to walk through areas where smoking was allowed, and the odor was overwhelming. Missing breakfast options also made it feel less family-friendly. It’s great for adults but might not cater well to families looking for extra amenities.
